Duties include: faculty and staff payroll, accounting, ordering of class materials, assist in organization of student exhibitions and receptions, maintain student records database and mailing list, produce and update application forms and fliers.Distribute program materials to New York City high schools and inquiries from public. Develop lesson plans for weekly seven-hour sculpture classes. Organize and supervise students on regular fieldtrips to museums and galleries. Establish and maintain relationships with guest instructors to supplement lesson plans. Order and distribute high volumes of art supplies in accordance with program needs.
