For Natural Grooming, a series of portraits, I collaborated with several women in 'natural hair' forums; places where individuals can exchange information on natural hair grooming. I requested a snapshot that could showcase their experiences; which I would then interpret, introducing into each a myth that was formative to my own grooming during my upbringing in the Caribbean.
